Responsibilities:

Initiates quality checking and ensures quality of daily outputs
Monitoring personnel and resources; developing reporting procedures and operational systems on the production line
Facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between lines and departments
Recommends changes in equipment/workforce requirements necessary to meet assigned production schedules
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing work standards
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
Observes production operations; analyzes quality data in order to ensure compliance with manufacturing and product specifications
Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action
Maintains and monitors of production employees' performance and its appraisal.
