Specific Duties

Understanding of the system in a comprehensive manner to be able to train himself/herself and lead the team as well. Reading of Contracts and Promotions on a daily basis and guide team in advance to check on critical points to avoid errors Preparation and Maintenance of Master List of Hotels based on the promotions & contracts received from Dubai Analyzing hotel market in destination and leading the negotiation process (personal visits, phone or mail) for increasing booking volume in destination Negotiation and contracting of rates, special offers, allocation, release periods, overrides, terms and conditions for hotels, self-catering or serviced apartments, ensuring the best available rates and availability for Rayna clients (new properties and recontacting of existing agreements). Ensure the best conditions in the market at any time comparing our product with the product of our different competitors, identifying reasons for disparity and if it's necessary renegotiate the current conditions of the contract. Deliver full and correct contract documentation and hotel contents (photos, fact sheets, company data). Secure content in acquisition and renewal situations Ensure that all the hotels are active with valid contracts (for minimum 6 months) and that content of hotel (rates, availability, promotions) are loaded correctly. Act as the face-to-face key point contact for accommodation supplier vendors and develop and maintain excellent relationships with them. Actively to coordinate with internal departments to ensure that they have the right product and rates. Ensure in case of any error either system or human to immediately coordinate with the hotels to ensure minimal losses to the company. Actively participate for any FIT Rate enquiry, any last-minute challenges not only limited to FIT. Assist Internal customer with all requirements to hotel not limited to FIT.
