Qeyas Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Steel Fabricator Supervisor
to oversee our fabrication operations in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of steel fabrication processes, and the ability to manage a team of fabricators to ensure timely and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations in the steel fabrication workshop
Coordinate and assign tasks to fabrication team members
Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate fabrication
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects
Enforce safety regulations and company standards
Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets specifications
Maintain equipment and manage inventory of materials and tools
Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and quality
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of structural and architectural steel fabrication processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in an industrial setting
Technical diploma or equivalent certification in metal fabrication or mechanical field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
