Job Summary

Island Tower Electromechanical Works LLC is looking for a skilled

Supervisor

with hands-on experience in

chilled water flushing, chemical cleaning, and water treatment systems

. The ideal candidate must be capable of supervising site operations, managing manpower, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the proper execution of flushing and water treatment works. A valid

UAE driving license

is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor chilled water flushing activities, including pre-commissioning and final flushing. Oversee chemical dosing, filtration, and water treatment procedures. Ensure flushing works comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, and industry standards. Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance. Handle preparation of flushing reports, method statements, and daily progress updates. Operate flushing pumps, dosing equipment, and related tools as required. Manage and allocate manpower efficiently for daily operations. Identify and resolve technical issues related to water systems, valves, strainers, and pipelines. Ensure safe work practices and adherence to company HSE guidelines.

Requirements

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

3-5 years of UAE experience

in chilled water flushing, chemical cleaning, and water treatment. Strong understanding of HVAC chilled water systems, pipeline networks, and pre-commissioning procedures. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. Valid

UAE Driving License

is mandatory. Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Knowledge of tools, pumps, gauges, dosing systems, and treatment chemicals.
