Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician with strong knowledge of chilled water systems, air balancing, and water treatment. The technician will be responsible for day-to-day operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring that all HVAC equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain chilled water systems, pumps, valves, and piping. Carry out water and air balancing (testing, adjusting, balancing) to ensure proper airflow and comfort levels. Perform chemical dosing and water treatment for chilled/condenser water systems to control scaling, corrosion, and bacteria. Test water quality (pH, conductivity, hardness, etc.) and adjust treatment as required. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and pumps. Conduct routine preventive maintenance (filter changes, belt replacements, lubrication, etc.). Keep maintenance records, log sheets, and treatment reports updated. Follow health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

High School / Technical Diploma in HVAC or related field. 3-5 years' proven hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance (chilled water & water treatment systems). Good knowledge of air balancing and chemical dosing procedures. Ability to read and understand HVAC system drawings. Practical troubleshooting and repair skills. Willingness to work shifts or on-call when required.

Preferred Skills/Certifications

TAB (Testing, Adjusting & Balancing) knowledge or training. Chemical handling / water treatment safety training. Basic computer skills for logging reports.
