We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced
Chilled Water Pipe Fitter cum Welder
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, fitting, and welding of chilled water piping systems in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, assemble, and maintain chilled water pipe systems.
Perform welding (Arc, TIG, or MIG) on carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper pipes.
Interpret piping drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
Ensure all installations meet quality standards and project requirements.
Carry out pressure testing and leak checks on completed systems.
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies on job sites.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other site workers to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in chilled water piping and welding.
Proficient in welding techniques and pipefitting tools.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and chilled water networks.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
Trade certification or technical diploma in welding/pipefitting is preferred.
Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.
Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.
