Job Purpose:

To supervise and coordinate all building maintenance and facility management activities, ensuring smooth operation, safety, and compliance with company standards. The role involves managing maintenance staff, monitoring facility systems, and ensuring a high standard of services for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work. Monitor and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are executed efficiently. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and facility improvement projects. Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are safe, secure, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory of tools and equipment, and work orders. Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure efficient performance and adherence to company policies. Respond promptly to any facility-related emergencies or breakdowns. Support facility management initiatives such as energy conservation, sustainability, and cost optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Proven supervisory and team management skills. Familiarity with health, safety, and fire regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
