Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Site Estimator cum Supervisor to manage cost estimation and on-site supervision of building maintenance and repair projects. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting sites, evaluating maintenance needs, preparing budgets, managing vendors, and supervising the execution of maintenance works such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and civil repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site inspections to assess maintenance and repair requirements. Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment. Plan and schedule maintenance work, coordinating with in-house teams and external contractors. Supervise on-site activities to ensure work is completed to quality standards and within deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Maintain daily logs and project documentation, including labor and material records. Monitor material inventory and ensure timely procurement for scheduled works. Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repair tasks. Report progress and site issues to senior management regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Good understanding of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural elements. Strong estimation and budgeting skills. Familiarity with maintenance management systems and tools. Ability to read technical drawings, BOQs, and maintenance plans. Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability. Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance procedures.
Education & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management, with hands-on estimation and supervision experience.
Working Conditions:

Mostly site-based work. May involve working outside regular hours during emergency repairs or major maintenance activities. Requires mobility to inspect different building sites or areas within a facility.
