Responsibilities: . Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning. . Manage and train retail staff, scheduling shifts and assigning tasks. . Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchase dept. for restocking. . Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints effectively. . Analyze sales data to inform about product placement and promotional strategies. . Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. . Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Requirements: . Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role in retail. . Strong leadership and team management skills. . Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. . Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles. . Ability to analyze sales data and make decisions. .
