Job Summary:
The Supermarket Supervisor oversees daily operations, manages staff, maintains inventory, and ensures excellent customer service in the supermarket.
?Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Supervise, train, and schedule staff; conduct performance evaluations.
Customer Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction and address inquiries or complaints.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct audits, and manage supplier relationships.
Sales and Promotions: Assist with promotional activities and monitor sales performance.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations; maintain store cleanliness.
Reporting: Prepare sales and inventory reports; analyze data for improvements.
?Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration preferred.
Retail management experience, preferably in a supermarket.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
