Job Summary
A reputable government organization is looking for a Senior Specialist of Succession and Emiratization who will support the development and implementation of the Emiratisation strategy, plan, policies and procedures for the organization; in addition to supporting the succession planning to ensure sustainable availability of top talent throughout the organization.
