Job Description
Quantity Surveyor Brief Description for the position.
- Assist in the preparation of tender and subcontract documents, including bills of quantities and tabulation of price comparison and costing summary.
- Verify quantities within Subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 Applications for Payment and ensure that they are in line with the actual work progress and Subcontract Rates.
- Verify Subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 quantities take off and undertake with Subcontractor any field measurements if required.
- Assist with interim valuations and pricing of Subcontract Variations.
- Ensure periodic updates of BOQs and Subcontracts\xe2\x80\x99 Values
- Preparing reconciliation and final BOQs for Subcontracts.
- Ensure proper documentation of records and assist the Subcontract Specialists with updating reports.
- Perform other Ad-hoc assignments as required.
