Sub Contract Engineer
Job Description
Prepare technical & commercial evaluation of bids and negotiate with the qualified subcontractors.Prepare the financial concurrence to get the management approval for nomination of subcontractors. Drafting of LOIs/ services Agreements / service orders / subcontracts & amendments. Review the subcontracts terms & conditions and proper attachments in order to ensure compliance with the company policy and the projects requirements. Engage in kick off meeting with the subcontractor and the operations team in order to introduce the subcontract to the operations for critical deals prior to start the subcontract works.
