We are recruiting an ambitious and creative female Studio Manager / Reformer Pilates Instructor to join a boutique wellness studio in Sharjah. The package: - tax-free basic monthly salary up to 18 000 AED (approximately US$ 4900) depending on qualifications and experience - medical insurance - visa - 30 calander days paid annual leave - annual flights - uniform: t-shirt Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills: - Reformer Pilates Certified and/or Lagree fitness certification is a must - Yoga and/or PT certification would be advantageous but not required - Minimum 1 year experience - Experience in teaching Reformer Pilates or Lagree fitness is a must - Experience in yoga or PT is a plus - Experience in admin work, event planning, sales, customer services, social media, management is a plus - Fluent in English & excellent communication skills - Arabic speaking is advantageous but not required - Ability to develop and lead safe and effective Pilates workouts for all levels - The ideal candidate would be friendly, creative, curious, humble, open to learning, ambitious, responsible, and accountable - Leadership skills Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Teaching

• Teaching up to 15 hours per week including group and private classes and covers.

2. Customer service

• Ensuring that customer service is provided by staff at a high standard.

• Interacting with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with their experience.

3. Scheduling and management of Mindbody System

• Reviewing classes performance and adjusting the schedule as needed.

• Reviewing prepared payroll reports on a monthly basis.

• Utilizing Mindbody System?s features including marketing suite and insights.

4. Coordination with studio teachers, suppliers and service providers

• Maintaining and growing a database of teachers that could teach / cover at the studio.

• Coordination with studio teachers regarding leaves and covers.

• Supervising the procurement of products and services from studio suppliers and service providers including maintenance and pest control companies on a quarterly basis.

• Coordination with studio auditing rm to provide record of studio sales and purchases for tax audit purposes on a quarterly basis.

5. Events planning, coordination and supervision

• Reach out to government entities and private sector companies to introduce the brand.

• Events concept development and creation of event proposals for corporate inquiries, collaborations with other brands, and events held individually.

6. Research, coordination and inventory management for merchandise brands

• Researching local and international merchandise brands for potential shelf rental, consignment and wholesale arrangements

• Reach out and coordination with merch brands re shelf styling, products restock, sales, transfer requests and recipes etc

7. Content drafting

• Creating proposals for social media content.

• Creating content for email newsletters and other types of content.

8. Business processes & revenue improvement

• Reviewing overall business processes and proposing suggestions for improvement

• Proposing suggestions for new revenue streams and improvements of existing revenue streams
