The Role

We're hiring for a Studio Director to join one of Dubai's most respected interior design studios. This is a leadership role, working alongside the CEO and Creative Directors to run a studio delivering high-end workplace, hospitality, and residential projects. It's not a design position, your value will come from how well the studio functions day to day. That means owning team structure, resource planning, commercial oversight, and delivery processes. It's about driving performance and putting the right systems in place so the creative team can thrive. They're now at a stage where they want to bring in someone who can take the lead on implementing BIM, refining workflows, and embedding better QA/QC processes across the business.



Requirements

We're looking for someone from an interiors background who's stepped away from day-to-day design and now focuses on how studios run, someone who's comfortable leading teams, building structure, and improving delivery. You'll need to be organised, commercially aware, and confident working with senior leadership. This role suits someone who enjoys mentoring, guiding a team, and finding smarter ways of working. Experience leading BIM implementation, rolling out new systems, and introducing better operational processes will be key. If you've helped shape how studios function, from team structure to output quality, this is a chance to do that at a strategic level.
