Position Overview

We are looking for a

Studio Coordinator

to manage the daily operations, bookings, and equipment of our in-house production studio.

This is a

solo position

-- you will be fully responsible for the studio's daily workflow, from handling booking inquiries and scheduling shoots to assisting clients and maintaining all studio equipment.
The ideal candidate is

organized, professional, and proactive

, ensuring the space is always ready for clients and that every rental or internal shoot runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all

studio booking inquiries

(phone, WhatsApp, and email). Schedule and confirm bookings while maintaining the

studio calendar

. Greet and assist renters, photographers, videographers, and production teams upon arrival. Oversee and maintain all

studio equipment

(lighting, cameras, stands, and accessories). Keep an updated

equipment inventory

and report any issues, damages, or missing items. Reset and prepare the studio after every session, ensuring it's clean and ready for the next booking. Enforce

studio policies, safety guidelines, and rental terms

for all clients. Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, payments, and usage reports. Assist during

internal agency shoots

when required. Contribute to

promoting the studio

through listings, social media, and client communication.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in studio coordination, production assistance, or customer service. Excellent

communication and organizational skills

. Strong attention to detail and time management. Professional and welcoming demeanor when dealing with clients. Basic understanding of

photography and videography equipment

is preferred. Familiarity with

Google Workspace

(Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs). Ability to manage bookings independently and maintain accurate schedules. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
