Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients (walk-ins, calls, emails)
Coordinate client appointments, fittings, consultations, and studio visits
Support daily studio operations and front-desk organization
Prepare and manage administrative documents (delivery notes, client forms, records)
Support inventory tracking, petty cash follow-up, and supplier coordination
Monitor basic maintenance, cleaning routines, and studio readiness
Assist with workshop logistics and internal studio activities
Support communication between design, production, and management teams
Profile
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in administration, coordination, or studio/retail environments
Comfortable in a creative, detail-oriented setting
Proactive, structured, and reliable

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
