We are now looking for a motivated Student Enrollment Officer to join our team and play a key role in guiding students/ learners toward the right courses and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals. Provide detailed information about training programs, schedules, fees, and career outcomes. Build rapport with students, understand their needs, and recommend suitable courses. Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions and timely admissions. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and enrollments in the CRM. Support students through the admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment. Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a positive student experience.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English / Arabic or both. Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or a training/education environment is an advantage.
