We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Student Enrollment Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting ESM Business School's programs, managing student recruitment activities, and supporting enrollment processes to meet admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote ESM programs across online and offline channels. Manage student inquiries, applications, and admissions processes efficiently and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and corporate partners. Conduct outreach campaigns, school visits, education fairs, and digital marketing initiatives. Support marketing content creation for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrollment conversions. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in the education sector within the GCC. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Arabic language skills will be a strong advantage. Pleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, sales, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools.
