Key Responsibilities:
Handle all activities related to
visa processing
,
employee onboarding
,
cancellations
, and
renewals
Submit and follow up on applications at MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government rules, regulations, and procedures
Coordinate with internal departments regarding employee documentation and legal requirements
Prepare and process all government documents in a timely manner
Translate official documents when necessary (Arabic ? English)
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (or similar GCC country)
Fluent in Arabic and English
(both spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and government procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Preferred:
Experience dealing with free zone and mainland government entities
Familiarity with online portals like MOHRE, GDRFA, and Emirates ID systems
