The Student Engagement Account Manager is responsible for helping support the Enterprise Solutions Specialist in their efforts to increase sales of iClicker, student retention solutions and institution-based solutions, including hardware and software products, within an assigned territory of two and four-year accounts. Primary responsibilities include supporting Enterprise Solutions Specialists by retaining existing customers, initiating sales engagement with potential customers, generating leads for new business and providing support to new and existing customers. The Student Engagement Account Manager will travel to campus to promote student retention solutions and institution-based solutions and conduct presentations, training sessions and events, as needed, in collaboration with the Enterprise Solutions Specialist.
