Iconic Training Institute in Dubai is hiring an experienced and results-driven Students Admissions Counselor to join our team. Only candidates who have previously worked in training institutes or educational centers in a similar admissions role will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete admissions cycle -- from lead generation and inquiry handling to enrollment confirmation. Respond to prospective students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins, providing accurate course and enrollment details. Achieve and exceed monthly admissions and sales targets consistently. Handle objections, resolve queries, and provide a seamless enrollment experience. Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to develop lead-generation and conversion strategies. Maintain up-to-date and accurate student records, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.

Requirements (Mandatory):

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Students Admissions Counselor / Officer in a training institute or educational center

A proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly enrollment and sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and counseling skills to build trust with prospective students. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple leads effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a plus. Knowledge of the UAE training and education market will be an advantage.

Preference:

Applicants with previous experience in admissions, counseling, or sales roles within training institutes or educational centers will be given top priority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
