Job Description
The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for promoting university programs, engaging with prospective students through sales and telesales activities, and achieving set enrollment targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to guide students through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote academic programs. Conduct telesales campaigns to generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments. Counsel students on program details, admission requirements, and career outcomes. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Assist in organizing and participating in open houses, education fairs, and other recruitment activities. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with prospective students and parents. Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to maximize student recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, telesales, or student recruitment (education industry preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:
