Job Summary:

The Structural Supervisor is responsible for supervising all structural support and steelwork related to piping systems in industrial construction projects. This includes pipe racks, platforms, supports, and other structural components necessary for piping installation. The role ensures work is executed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and design specifications.

Qualification Needed :

Diploma/BE/B.tech in Structural Mechanical Engineering or related field. 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in PEB & Hot rolled with 3 years in GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise structural works including steel fabrication, assembly, welding, and erection of structural components. Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and construction crews to ensure quality and timely delivery of structural activities. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction procedures. Monitor the progress of structural activities and provide regular updates to management. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company HSE policies. Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards, welding procedures, and alignment tolerances. Identify material, manpower, and equipment requirements in advance to prevent delays. Liaise with QA/QC teams for inspection and testing of structural components. Report non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Maintain detailed records of work performed, personnel on site, and site conditions.
