Job Description

The Structural Supervisor oversees all structural construction and maintenance activities. This includes supervising installation, fabrication, and inspection. The role ensures that structural works meet technical specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Structural Oversight & Quality Control

Supervise and manage structural works (steel, concrete, formwork, scaffolding, etc.) according to engineering drawings and specifications. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure structural integrity and quality compliance.

Coordination & Technical Support

Review and interpret technical drawings and structural specifications prior to execution. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical or operational issues rapidly.

Safety Compliance & HSE Integration

Material Management & Work Progress

Monitor material usage, procurement status, and inventory to avoid delays or overspending. Schedule and oversee site tasks, track progress, and report deviations.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. A diploma may be acceptable for strong hands-on candidates GulfTalent+1.

Work Experience

Typical requirement

5-8 years

in structural/site supervision, preferably in

industrial, port, or offshore settings
