Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Structural Engineer

with proven experience in

Bridge Construction Projects

within the UAE. The ideal candidate must be a qualified

Civil Engineer

with a solid background in designing, reviewing, and supervising structural works for major bridge infrastructure projects. This role will be based in

Dubai

and requires close coordination with project stakeholders, consultants, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review detailed structural designs and drawings for bridge construction projects in compliance with local standards and regulations. Supervise and inspect site works to ensure structural integrity and quality compliance with approved plans. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including contractors, consultants, and authorities (especially RTA). Conduct structural analysis and propose solutions to engineering challenges during project execution. Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and construction shop drawings. Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers and project teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project execution. Prepare regular progress reports and structural assessment reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree is an advantage).

Minimum 10 years of UAE experience

in structural engineering with a

focus on bridge construction projects

. Proven track record of working on

RTA-approved bridge projects

is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of UAE codes, international standards (AASHTO, BS, Eurocodes), and RTA requirements. Proficient in structural design and analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD). Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Valid UAE Driving License
