Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Structural Engineer

to join our Bridge Maintenance Project team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a

Civil/Structural Engineering graduate

with extensive experience in

RTA bridge projects

within the Emirate of Dubai. The role requires strong technical expertise in bridge inspection, assessment, and maintenance, as well as a proactive approach to ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with RTA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structural inspections, condition assessments, and evaluations of existing bridges and related structures. Prepare structural assessment reports, inspection findings, and maintenance recommendations in line with RTA guidelines. Develop structural repair and rehabilitation proposals, including design calculations and technical specifications. Coordinate with RTA engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure adherence to approved methodologies and safety standards. Supervise and monitor maintenance works, ensuring compliance with design intent, quality, and safety regulations. Analyze structural defects, identify causes of deterioration, and propose appropriate remedial measures. Review and validate as-built drawings, shop drawings, and structural documentation. Support the preparation of technical submissions, project documentation, and progress reports. Conduct site visits and provide engineering support during execution and inspection phases. Ensure compliance with project quality plans, environmental policies, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum

8-10 years of relevant experience

, with at least

5 years working on RTA bridge projects in Dubai

. Strong knowledge of RTA standards, specifications, and maintenance procedures. Proven experience in bridge inspection, assessment, and structural rehabilitation works. Proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD). Excellent report writing, documentation, and communication skills. Valid
