Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Structural Designer with a strong background in the Engineering phase of onshore oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of proven experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detailed Design. Previous experience working on ADNOC projects will be considered a significant advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and develop structural design deliverables including 3D models, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and material take-offs.
• Work closely with structural engineers to translate conceptual and design intent into detailed construction-ready documentation.
• Ensure design compliance with international codes, client specifications, and project requirements.
• Participate in model reviews, clash checks, and interface coordination meetings.
• Support inter-discipline coordination and resolve design issues during the design development phase.
• Incorporate design changes and prepare revision documentation as needed.
• Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables within project schedules and budget.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design for onshore oil and gas projects.
• Strong experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detailed Design phases.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and modeling tools such as AutoCAD, SmartPlant 3D, PDMS, or similar.
• Familiarity with international structural design codes (e.g., AISC, BS, Eurocode).
• ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
