to join our consultancy team in Dubai. The role requires strong experience in
structural analysis, design coordination, and site supervision
for
mixed-use buildings
and high-rise projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and coordinate
structural design calculations and drawings
.
Review and approve
structural shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
.
Supervise and inspect
structural works on site
to ensure compliance with approved designs.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve
structural design and site issues
.
Ensure structural implementation complies with
Dubai Municipality regulations
and applicable codes.
Attend technical meetings and provide structural input during all project stages.
Prepare technical reports and site progress updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience (Dubai preferred).
Strong experience in
structural design and design coordination
.
Experience in
mixed-use and high-rise buildings
.
Dubai Municipality approved engineer
with project experience up to
G+12
(mandatory).
Arabic speaker (mandatory) with good command of English.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD and MS Office
(knowledge of structural software is an advantage).
Ability to manage structural works independently and work under pressure.
Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license.
