Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Execution
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
Conduct frequent site visits according to an approved coverage plan to manage all assigned sites efficiently
Resolve on-site technical issues promptly and approve shop drawings, submittals, and as-built documentation
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and enforce
site safety protocols

Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Represent the company professionally in meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
Protect the company's interests and uphold its reputation during negotiations and site discussions
Maintain knowledge of subcontractors' capabilities and performance for better resource allocation
Material & Cost Management
Possess strong knowledge of material types, specifications, and price ranges
Track material deliveries, assist in procurement planning, and monitor project variations to control costs
Follow up on site-related payments to ensure smooth financial flow
Planning & Reporting
Maintain an updated
project timeline
and manage resources to meet deadlines
Prepare periodic, clear progress reports for clients and internal management
Document and organize all project-related emails, approvals, and communications for efficient reference
Authority Coordination
Attend Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), or other authority inspections as required
Ensure compliance with all local regulations and project-specific permit conditions
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 8 years of site inspection and supervision experience
