Job Post : Site Engineer (Civil)
Job Location: Dubai - UAE
Requirements & Responsiblities:
? Minimum 5 to 6 years' experience in UAE - Dubai.
? Main experience in luxury villa projects.
? Knowledgeable in finishing works and executions of site independently.
? Review of shop drawings structural & architecture prior to execution at sites.
? Able to prepare Bar bending schedule
? Well-versed with material inspection, site inspection request and all documentations for the project
? Experienced working with DDA (Dubai Development Authority) and approvals.
? Liaising with client, authorities and consultant for approvals, inspections and handing over.
? Strong communication skills and management abilities in coordinating construction activities with Foremen, Subcontractors and Labors.
? Ensuring completion of targets within the required time schedule.
? Monitor performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
? With valid UAE driving license
? Can join immediately.
