Technical execution / engineering activities related to mechanical design (structural, architectural and fabrication) of prefabricated steel buildings like E-House, substation, equipment room and control room using various software like STAAD Pro. Responsible for:
1. Structural design, sizing, calculation, analysis (stationary, transportation, lifting), CoG (Centre of Gravity), foundation and relevant drawings, documents
2. General Arrangement, Section/Foundation/Fabrication drawing coordination, review and approval
3. 2D/3D models coordination, review and approval
4. Bill of Material (BOM), select and evaluate related material & components, e.g. Steel Metal Sheet & Member/I-Beam, Side Walls & Roof, Doors & Accessories, insulation, sandwich panel, Conduit/Pipe, Seal/Gasket, Fastening Hardware, etc.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in structural design preferably modular steel buildings
