Key Responsibilities:
- Design, analyze, and construct structural elements for buildings and various structures.
- Develop comprehensive structural plans, specifications, and calculations to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Review and assess shop drawings for accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct quantity take-offs to estimate material requirements for projects.
- Perform load calculations for steel structures using STAAD PRO software, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
- Utilize RAM connections, Hilti, and Fischer anchor bolt calculations for secure structural connections.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical support and expertise during all project phases, from design to construction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve structural design challenges that may arise during construction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in civil or structural engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural design and analysis.
- Proficiency in STAAD PRO software for load calculations and structural analysis
- Experience in RAM connections, Hilti, and Fischer anchor bolt calculations
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, codes, and standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
