Structural Bim Modeler

Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Structural BIM Modeler to be placed with a leading engineering consultancy in the UAE. The candidate must have strong experience working on consultant-side BIM deliverables, coordination, and compliance with authority and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain
high-quality structural BIM models
in line with consultant BIM standards and LOD requirements Prepare detailed structural drawings, GA's, sections, and schedules fordesign and tender stages
Coordinate closely with Architectural, MEP, and BIM Coordination teams Participate inclash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings
Ensure models comply withauthority requirements, client guidelines, and project BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
Support quantity extraction and design coordination as required by the consultant teamRequirements:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum
4-5 years of experience
as a Structural BIM ModelerConsultancy experience in the UAE/GCC is mandatory
Immediate joining is mandatory Strong proficiency inRevit Structure
(Navisworks is a plus) Experience onmid to large-scale projects
(Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use, Infrastructure) Ability to work under a consultant environment with multiple stakeholdersBenefits:
