AZE Engineering

is a forward-thinking design and engineering firm specializing in innovative construction projects. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Structural BIM Modeler to join our fully remote team.

The ideal candidate is an expert in Revit and Navisworks with a strong background in structural, precast, and GRC elements. You will play a crucial, hands-on role in creating high-quality 3D models, ensuring project accuracy, and collaborating with a dynamic team of engineers and architects on international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and modify detailed 3D structural BIM models using Revit, with a focus on precast and GRC elements. Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure models align with project requirements and design standards. Utilize Navisworks for advanced clash detection, coordination, and simulation of construction sequences. Ensure the precise modeling of all structural components, including precast panels, connections, and facade elements. Prepare and maintain model documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications. Proactively identify, review, and resolve model inconsistencies to meet all project standards. Coordinate with project teams to ensure the timely delivery of models, adhering to all deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior BIM Modeler with a strong focus on structural, precast, and/or GRC elements. A minimum of

7 years

of total experience in professional BIM modeling or a related structural design field. At least

5 years

of hands-on, expert-level experience with

Revit Structure

and

Navisworks

is required. Strong understanding of BIM processes, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting. Strong English communication and collaboration skills. Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
