The candidate will be required to Preparing and supporting the development of a 3-5 year strategic and operational plans with a focus on business growth, developing detailed action plans which can be incorporated in projects executed by the Department, Define the market and identify trends within it,

Recommending changes in organizational structure or culture to achieve strategic goals, Reviewing policies and suggesting changes and updates as required and in alignment with the organizational, governmental and worldwide strategies and programs, Conducting research and gathering data to help the Department understand their customers or clients better, Conducting feasibility studies to determine whether proposed projects or programs will be successful, Identifying potential roadblocks across the Department and working across the sections to remove them and enable progress, Providing strategic planning on how to reach the business goals, such as improving operations, increasing revenues, making critical decisions or decreasing costs, Developing and implementing plans for new services, technology, or marketing campaigns, Identifying and analyzing problems within the organization in order to develop solutions that are appropriate for the situation, Looking at business operations, organizational structure, leadership, or any other aspect of their business that may need improvement, Developing long-term growth strategies for companies and organizations, including identifying potential opportunities and risks involved in each strategy.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 8 - 10 years similar experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering/Business Administration/economics/statistics

Proficiency in using Power BI, SQL

and other equivalent data analytic software\'s

• Candidate must demonstrate thorough knowledge of statistical approaches, data management techniques and related digital technologies.
