- Defines KPI
- Policy reviews, policy , procedure , program design
- Impact assessment studies
- Arabic Speakers (mandate)
Job Responsibilities:
• Contribute to practice development initiatives and sector programs • Manage one or more client engagements or components of large-scale engagements • Effectively manage engagement scope, resources, timelines and budgets to deliver timely deliverables and achieve required revenue and profitability targets • Provide technical knowledge, coaching and development to junior team members • Deliver highest quality deliverables, insights and outcomes to clients, leveraging deep subject matter expertise, strategic thinking and innovative approaches • Contribute to business development activities by managing the development of proposals and thought pieces

• Curiosity and open mindedness to new ideas, approaches and perspectives • Strong analytical and cognitive ability • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication skills • MBA from top tier business school or post graduate diploma in business, finance, economics from top tier university • 6-8 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm
