Position: Strategist (Executive)

We are seeking a forward-thinking Strategist to join our dynamic team in the UAE's parking management industry. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and market growth. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with creative problem-solving to drive sustainable success in a fast-evolving sector.

Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive business and operational strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize parking management solutions and services.

- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to inform strategic direction.

- Prepare and present strategic proposals and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust plans accordingly to maximize impact.

- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.

- Proven experience at least 3 years plus in strategic planning, preferably within parking management, transportation, or urban infrastructure sectors.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and collaborate effectively.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Deep understanding of the UAE market and regulatory environment is highly advantageous.

- Innovative mindset with a passion for improving urban mobility and customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
