Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 10+ years of professional experience Strategic Planning: Define the strategic direction for the PMO in alignment with the ITU's objectives and the goals of the PP 2026 Vision Development: Develop a clear vision for the PMO, ensuring it supports the successful delivery of the conference and future organizational goals Governance Structures: Establish and oversee robust governance structures to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives Policy Development: Develop and implement PMO policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery Portfolio Oversight: Provide oversight and management of the entire project portfolio, ensuring projects are aligned with strategic priorities Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal allocation of resources across projects to maximize efficiency and impact Stakeholder Strategy & Executive Reporting, Strategic Risk management, and Strategic Risk Management to hold people accountable for meeting commitments and previously-made agreements Able to drive decisions and actions related to them * Bilingual- Arabic & English Must
