Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of ADNOC Distribution's corporate strategy and long-term business plans
• Support strategic projects across business units, including feasibility studies, partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures
• Conduct financial and economic analyses to support business decisions and strategic investments
• Provide detailed research and analytical insights for executive leadership team (ELT), ExCom, and Board presentations
• Perform cost, market, and trend analyses to support strategic modeling and business performance forecasting
• Collaborate with the Economics & Research team to gather competitive intelligence, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities
• Evaluate new business initiatives through qualitative and quantitative feasibility assessments
• Support internal stakeholders in aligning departmental goals with corporate strategy and tracking performance metrics
• Assist in the preparation of strategy reports, briefing documents, and communication materials for senior management
• Maintain strong relationships with finance, business unit leaders, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategic objectives

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
• MBA in Strategy or Finance preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or business planning
• Prior experience in the downstream oil and gas industry or commodity-based businesses is advantageous
• Strong financial modeling, market analysis, and business research skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities
