Job Description

The Strategic Content Creator is a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end management of our real estate brand's content. You will be the visionary who plans and executes multi-channel content designed to increase online visibility, generate qualified leads, and establish our firm as a market authority.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:

Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar, outlining themes and formats based on target audience needs, market trends, and specific real estate business objectives.

Creation & Optimization:

Produce high-quality, engaging written and visual content, including SEO-optimized blog posts, compelling property descriptions, short-form video scripts, and social media campaigns.

Real Estate Expertise:

Conduct research on local market data, neighborhood highlights, and buying/selling processes to create timely and valuable content that addresses client pain points.

Performance Analysis:

Track key content metrics (traffic, engagement, lead generation) and use analytics to refine the strategy, ensuring content is always delivering a measurable return on investment (ROI).

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with sales agents, marketing teams, and design resources to ensure all content is on-brand, accurate, and supportive of current listing promotions and company campaigns.
Required Skills:

Proven experience in content marketing or strategy, preferably within real estate. Strong proficiency in SEO, copywriting, photography, and video editing tools. Excellent communication and project management skills. A portfolio demonstrating successful content campaigns that drove business results.
