Job Description

Next Door Real Estate is a rapidly growing brokerage in Dubai, known for our innovative client engagement strategies and strong market presence. We are now seeking a

creative and trend-savvy Content Creator/ Strategist

to join our marketing team and help amplify our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:



Create

trendy, catchy, and engaging content

tailored to the real estate audience. Write

scripts for podcasts, reels, and short-form videos

that capture attention. Manage and publish content across

Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook

. Work closely with the videography team to plan and execute content strategies. Generate

fun, engaging, and innovative ideas

that boost reach and strengthen agent profiles. Stay on top of

digital trends, memes, and viral formats

to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

content creation and social media management

(experience in Dubai real estate is a strong plus). Strong skills in

copywriting, storytelling, and scriptwriting

. Creative mindset with excellent communication abilities. Ability to

thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

.
