We are seeking a Strategic Success Measures Specialist who will
- Work towards high-quality outcomes. You are comfortable working under pressure, with deadlines and you pay strong attention to detail. You have solid problem-solving and analytical skills. You have a true passion for results, effectively working in teams towards your mutual goals.
- Engage various stakeholders. You build constructive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders (e.g. schools, nurseries, childrens hospitals, etc.), leveraging your strong communication skills.
- Understand the local Quality Assurance frameworks as well as global standards. You have knowledge of quality assurance guidelines in Abu Dhabi and the latest Quality Assurance practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Show passion for the ECD sector. You are fully committed to improving the well-being and outcomes of Abu Dhabis young children and their families.
- Working in a performance management or monitoring role preferably in the field of Quality Assurance
- Bachelors degree in sciences, Business Administration or equivalent
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
