Overview of the role:
Responsible to support the strategy development for Toyota & Lexus and will be the core driver of transformational programs through efficient project management and process mapping.
The individual is responsible for overseeing transformation activities across Toyota & Lexus and executing improvement opportunities in close cooperation with the businesses. They will be responsible to deliver on both strategy and implementation. This role focuses on transformation implementation by drawing together expertise in the program and project management disciplines and delivering the following:
Portfolio, program, and project management
Leadership reporting
Project scheduling
What you will do:
Strategy, PMO & process mapping
Identify the strategic choices, issues and challenges for AFM as a whole and each business unit individually, and provide high level strategic planning support
Initiate significant interactions with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization to produce findings and recommendations for process improvement
Engages the sales, operation and technology teams in setting and achieving specific goals around change initiatives. This includes working with leadership both functionally and strategically to drive overall improvements in specific areas.
Facilitate, consult, and engage business partners in project execution
Assess products and process for their ability to meet customer requirement including capability, reliability, and robustness.
Ensure business and market landscape knowledge is readily available to support business leaders in strategic decisions
Network
Support in the design and delivery of the network development plan for each site
Evaluate capacity and financial feasibility for new network development and refresh for current sites
Manage the capex budget and monitor the health of the sites through KPIs and advise as well as develop plans if the health indicator is not as planned
Benefits tracking and reporting
Oversight of transformation implementation plans across various programs
Consolidated view of progress of the divisional portfolio

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
What equips you for the role:
5+ years of professional project management experience, typically management consultant or retail back ground
Deep understanding of transformation and initiative management
Full proficiency with Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Word- Ability to create high quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel analysis
Previously managed high-performing teams
