is an investment advisory firm headquartered in Dubai with expanding operations in France, Turkey, the Philippines, and the Maldives. We are seeking a

highly organized, trustworthy, and experienced Finance Manager

to support our international growth and manage all financial operations across regions.

Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple entities Manage investor financials, P&L statements, and performance tracking Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and audit requirements Support new market entry (Turkey, Maldives, Philippines) with financial structuring Monitor cost control and cash flow across departments Handle commission tracking, referral payouts, and investor dashboards Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and legal consultants as needed Report directly to the Chairman and support strategic financial planning

Requirements:

5+ years experience in finance, accounting, or audit (UAE experience preferred) Strong command of financial tools (Excel, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.) Ability to manage multi-entity operations and international transactions Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized Must be

trustworthy

and comfortable handling confidential data Fluent in English (bonus: French, Arabic, or Turkish) Professional certifications (CMA, ACCA, CA Inter, etc.) are a plus
