This Bently Nevada Strategic Enterprise Solution Architect (ESA) role will be accountable for strategy development and activation together with mapped customer accounts to support Bently Nevada Augury Alliance strategies for named enterprise accounts, working towards standardizing an enterprise CMS architecture focusing on enterprise software based use case enhancement that enables customer KPIs.
As a Strategic Enterprise Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:
Conducting full-form customer discovery workshops for assigned key accounts to uncover enterprise opportunities.
Conducting site walkdowns and asset condition monitoring solution assessment surveys to establish an enterprise wide Machinery Action Plan.
Involving in solution design creation & optionality with articulation of pros/cons from buyer and seller perspective. Leverage collaborative use case workshop models during discovery and qualification to achieve maximum alignment of portfolio offer with customer pain points.
Enabling solution design for enterprise SW deployments with focus on architecture, cyber network security and roadmap of SW product adders
Partnering with Enterprise Sales Managers to discover, enable and demonstrate value for enterprise SW deployments and additional SW product adders
Supporting creation and delivery of customer value proposition through consultative and advisory model
Supporting commercial organization with FEED specification influence to serve as Key Accounts standard buying reference
Assisting regional sales leader with developing and executing sales strategies relevant to the market using techno-strategic levers that speak to market desired outcomes and trends
Coordinating Key Account technical solution alignments with ASA peer group globally and delivering technical presentations and demos at conferences and trade shows
Developing engineering and installation technical work scope, schedules and support cost estimates to facilitate offering in area of expertise.
Educating Key Account team on latest technology, through trainings & workshops
Supporting with select implementation of NPI projects and feeding back services and product line with gained experience to improve product maturity and dissemination of knowledge
Guiding team members through developing, planning and executing strategic and tactical sales support tasks associated to mapped sales personnel/accounts.
Reporting to Global ASA Leader as your Functional/Dotted line and assist with strategic Business Unit initiatives in support of BN HQ.
Facilitating campaign strategies to be executed on mapped Key Account by the sales team
Supporting HQ competitive assessment activities as assigned Key Account technical point person.
Partnering with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.
Leading / Participating in cross functional teams and projects to achieve account and region goals.

Have experience of 5+ years in technical software sales.
Have strong oral and written communication skills.
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Able to demonstrate, analyze and resolve problems.
Able to lead programs / projects, to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
