With an exciting growth plan in place, we are now looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our highly skilled and drivenCustomer Success Team in the UAE. You will be accountable for creating strategic value across our customer base, to drive client top satisfaction standards. You will understand the customer needs to deepen client relationships, grow the business, and become their trusted advisor and advocate. What will you be doing:
Propose and execute against a comprehensive account plan for select strategic accounts in Africa and the Middle East
Own the commercial relationship between our organizations and be the go-to co-ordination point internally
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around CR2 products to help customer fulfill their needs in the field of digital transformation, financial inclusion, agency banking
Be the agent of change in customer behavior by supporting the customer in executing their strategy, translate customer business needs into appropriate CR2 solutions
Be a strong advisor, leading the relationship with your managed accounts, ensuring all related activities are done compliantly and in time
Research and understand market drivers and customer needs
Present and articulate features and benefits of our solutions, showcase our products using existing solutions and internal resources
Become a solution expert for our products by keeping of all new products, market trends, future directions and competition for areas of focus
Excellent knowledge of payments, digital technology, customer procurement and vendor processes

What you will bring to CR2: We envisage you to be a tenacious and self-motivated professional, who sets your own goals and drives to seek new business, meeting, or exceeding targets. We anticipate you have excellent collaboration and negotiation skills, capable of working in a team while achieving goals with a proactive approach. We believe you can control situations by making things happens, as well as taking accountability for your own professional development both, taking part in courses organized within the company and outside of it. Moreover, you have effective organizational and communication skills, able to build a long-lasting relationship with different C-level stakeholders. Key competencies & experience:
Substantial experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably within the MEA markets.
A deep understanding of the Banking Fintech Payments space is preferred
Master`s degree is highly regarded
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English, spoken and written
Arabic and or French would be preferable
