Job Summary Time : 7 am to 7 pm Age : 30 - 45 years Experience : Minimum 5 years Chemical Industry Experience :

Responsible in receiving & checking of company materials deliveries, duties to check the quantity & quality of items received, as per Purchase Order description and specification required.
Ensuring Preparation of Delivery Note, Gate Pass ( In / Out ), GRN & Material Receiving Report.
Weekly Procurement Delivery Report.
File maintenance for all outgoing/incoming materials.
Analyzing the stock variances thoroughly & rechecking the same through proper verification process.
Supervising labour force for shifting materials in their exact area or location.
Responsible for inputting Material Requisitions to Procurement Team.
Material Receiving & GRN Posting on Company\xe2\x80\x99s ERP System ( if required ).
Monitor Material Inventory and Stocks Availability.
Monitor the incoming and outgoing of materials, consumables & packing material.
Maintaining a record of quality works which will be used for the future for production references.
In charge in coordinating & monitoring materials required.
Arranged & segregate materials in their designated location as per HS Code & Municipality Guidelines.
Daily Routine Store Work i.e. monitoring labour activity, blending, packaging, dispatch & logistics
