we are seeking a reliable and efficient warehouse assistant/storekeeper to join our dynamic team. The warehouse assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong attention to detail.

key responsibilities :

Inventory management:

receive, store, and track products in the warehouse using inventory management systems. Ensure that stock is organized and readily available for orders.

Order fulfillment:

pick , pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.

Stock control :

Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accurate inventory records. report discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation.

Documentation :

complete necessary documentation related to shipping, receiving , and stock control. update inventory and shipment records as required.

Safety and cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and industry safety standards. Ensure proper use of equipment and PPE.

Team collaboration:

Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and department to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent. Min 2 years of experience in a warehouse /storekeeper role is must. Familiarity with warehouse management and computer knowledge. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work un a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. excellent communication skill and teamwork skills. English and Hindi is required. Knowledge in other languages is a plus point.
