Job Description

C. WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT STOREKEEPER



Qualification



Diploma or equivalent in technical disciplines from a recognized university/board.

Experience & Technical Skills



Minimum

5 years of experience

in Material Management and Warehouse Operations, with at least

3 years in the Oil & Gas sector.

Well-versed knowledge of

Spares & Consumables

used in the Oil & Gas industry. Good

written and spoken English

, problem-solving, technical communication, and interpersonal skills. Computer literate with knowledge of

Microsoft Office

. Experience in

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

or

SAP

is preferred. Experienced in

lifting equipment

operations and

safe handling of heavy materials.

Able to

operate a Forklift

with a valid

Qatar Forklift License.

Knowledge of

storage and handling of Chemicals / Hazardous materials

of all classes. Able to interpret

MSDS

and understand

UN / NFPA / GHS

classification. Experience in

material preservation

and

packing standards

followed in the Oil & Gas industry. Knowledge of

Safety Standards

followed in the Oil & Gas industry.

IOSH certificate

in Managing Safelyor equivalent.

Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)

training certificates are mandatory.
